Here at Venue @ 313 we have unique event spaces and capability to adapt and change with you. We can host in-person events up to 120 people, hybrid, and virtual events to ensure engagement and quality isn’t compromised, despite changing or challenging circumstances.

We are equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual technology and additionally have an in-house IT technician. Our dedicated team will be on hand to ensure your event runs smoothly.

Our available spaces can be customised to suit your event’s specifications. We have serviced offices, training rooms, boardrooms, breakout spaces, and a kitchen designed by Adelaide’s Chef Chris Jarmer.

Our architecturally designed building is located 5kms from the Adelaide CBD and has a 5-star environmental rating. We also have free undercover parking, and unrestricted street parking.

Looking for catering? Our onsite multi award-winning café has catering packages from a light snack with barista-made coffee, to a full 4-course meal including various beverage packages.
