Association Boards, Councils and Committees need to know whether their processes, training, documentation and systems are in good shape and meet contemporary best practice.

Associations Forum's Board Evaluation Survey is an online questionnaire where each director, councillor or committee member completes the survey and the results are collated and summarised by Associations Forum. 

From undertaking the survey, Boards can:

• Compare individual Board opinions to see whether there is a convergence of opinions within the association
• Benchmark with scores from other associations to give relative comparisons

Board Evaluation Survey allows a fresh and independent perspective that will boost Board effectiveness and organisational governance, allow appreciation of strengths and highlight areas for improvement.
