Associations Forum's Board Processes Survey is an online questionnaire where each director, councillor or committee member completes the survey and the results are collated and summarised by Associations Forum.
From undertaking the survey, Boards can:
- Compare individual Board opinions to see whether there is a convergence of opinions within the association
- Benchmark with scores from other associations to give relative comparisons
