Partner News: New Year’s Resolution at SMC

Sydney Masonic Centre look forward to starting each New Year with enthusiasm and excitement for what lies ahead.

SMC have just completed upgrades to the Audio-Visual offering in the Grand Lodge, a 600-seat tiered auditorium. The new rear drape line and truss will provide for multiple projection screen options, whilst allowing for the inbuilt stage to be utilised to its full extent. This will reduce set up times, increase capacity and provide better sightlines for the audience.

New technical infrastructure and cabling will enable crews to provide a more seamless streaming and Audio Visual presentation for your conference or event.

In addition to these upgrades, the Head Chef was also busy behind the scenes working on new menu items. Some of our loved dishes like the Butter Chicken and Vegetable Tagine in our Conference Lunch Menu stayed alongside classics, our Mini Doughnuts and Scones.
We know how much these are loved by regular clients.

For a fresh start into the New Year Regan our Head Chef has redesigned the menu to include exciting healthy options and vegetarian and gluten free dishes to cater for all dietary requirements.

The healthy options will provide delegates with the fuel they need to be energised for a long day at their conference. Our new menu include a Pearl Cous Cous, sweet potato, eggplant salad; roasted Mediterranean vegetables; Pumpkin agrodolce just to name a few. We have also made it a priority to offer fruit during all breaks for a vitamin boost throughout the day.

2023 is looking bright for the events industry and we can’t wait to welcome you to SMC for your next event.
