ASUM welcomes the election of their new President, Alison Deslandes

A sonographer based in Adelaide, Ms Deslandes has actively served on the ASUM Board of Directors for 4 years.

The Australasian Society For Ultrasound In Medicine (ASUM) welcomes the election of their new President, Alison Deslandes, following their recent AGM.

She has previously worked as a sessional lecturer, examiner and research assistant at the University of South Australia and a specialist and tutor sonographer at Royal Adelaide Hospital. Prior to these roles, Ms Deslandes worked as a medical sonographer at various practices and hospitals across Australia. The ASUM Board and executive leadership team look forward to Ms Deslandes’ leadership to deliver their strategic plan.
