Highlights of the key sessions for 2016:

•Event Strategy Day: covering the critical aspects that all Conference, Event & Exhibition Directors should be deliberating. The future of events as a business and revenue generator for the association; how will the business model change considering challenges to sponsor funding, down-turn in delegate attendance; challenges of the ever-superior virtual experience, and what the disruptors and commercial companies are doing

•Conference Development: When considering the future of conferences everything needs to be called into question, marketing to format. This session focuses on the development, the communication and the marketing – the best practices for getting delegates on-board and strategic event growth, examining the latest research with conferencemarketers. A survival kit to safeguard events

•The Association of the Future: Building strong foundations and exploring the changing boundaries of associations. We will have a core group of young executives and Chief Executives on site devoting time to answering these questions and they will feedback their findings live during the Congress

•The Digital Association: Very few associations are ready for the totally digital environment.  Hear what the Digital Association could be, and how to move towards it. Learn how to measure and manage the Associations digital footprint. All of these questions and more will be discussed and presented on and complemented by the Social Media eBoot Camps, designed to arm delegates with an actionable plan.
