Insights from the Infoxchange November 2025 digital technology report

Membership analytics case study
RapidLynx recently delivered a project for an association for which a key strategic priority is to attract new members and better retain existing members. A customised dashboard was developed to prioritise their membership attraction efforts, including specific states/territories, industry sectors and even specific companies. Membership analytics also helped identify at-risk members, including their financial and event attendance activity, which enabled proactive strategies to retain these members. The dashboard is now managed by the association.
