Occupational Therapy Australia unveils fresh new rebrand

The rebrand captures the inclusivity and connection that defines the profession and signifies Occupational Therapy Australia as the single, unifying connection point for occupational therapists across the country, and we are Stronger Together.

OTA CEO Samantha Hunter describes the rebrand as an important step for the organisation and the profession:

“The occupational therapy profession and our association have been continually evolving over the past 80 years. This new evolution represents our commitment to a bold, modern future for the association. With rapid changes across allied health and broader policy settings, altering community health needs and emerging technologies it is more important than ever that OTA is visible and widely recognised as the profession’s peak body. We are stronger together.
Central to the rebrand is a modern new logo designed to reflect the importance of connection, collaboration and inclusivity that defines OT practice. The logo’s elements weaved together represent the eight states and territories using the letters OT synonymous with the profession.”

OTA President Priscilla Ennals, shared her pride in the profession's evolution, and opportunities for the future: “On behalf of the Board of Directors I am proud to reveal our new bold image which reflects both our unity across the profession, and the country, and I am pleased with our new platform that will keep us connected together and will influence and inform a wider audience.”
