Announcing the ADA NSW President and Vice-President 2025
The Australian Dental Association NSW is pleased to announce that at the Council meeting held on Friday, 26 September, the ADA NSW Council confirmed the appointment of Dr Mark Morrin as President and Dr Cathleen Dong as Vice-President of our Association.
Dr Mark Morrin owns and operates a large private practice in Newcastle comprising of associate dentists, oral health therapists and hygienists. He has held several roles within ADA NSW including Divisional representative, Committees, Council and has been on the Board for the past three years. Dr Morrin was also on the Federal ADA Council for three years. Dr Morrin is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is registered as a student at law.
Dr Cathleen Dong currently works in private practice, while also serving as an ADA NSW Board Director and Councillor. She has contributed across multiple Committees and is the current Chair of the Education and Research Committee. Dr Dong is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and has been involved in teaching as a Clinical Educator with both Charles Sturt University and The University of Sydney.
