Partner News: Lifeline WA 12-month roadmap to digital transformation: Improved productivity and security

Bremmar, a finalist for the 2021 Microsoft Not-For-Profit Partner of the Year award, is proud to share a success story from our collaboration with Lifeline WA - an Australian Not-for-Profit organisation that provides life-saving access to 24-hour crisis support and suicide prevention services.

Alongside Bremmar's expertise, they embarked on a comprehensive 12-month roadmap leveraging the power of Microsoft 365 to improve processes and overall cyber security - both vital in achieving their goal of a community free of suicide.

"We've got a comprehensive plan now for the changes we can make over the next twelve months that will improve our security, improve the efficiency of our processes and will help our staff get value out of their Microsoft investment," says Seth", says Seth Phillips, Operations and Facilities Coordinator at Lifeline WA.

Lifeline WA sought Bremmar's assistance to:

Deliver responsive IT support their users require

Enhance Cyber Security

Streamline workflows and processes

Enable and empower staff to improve productivity

"The current IT initiatives with Bremmar have had a big impact on us achieving our purpose here at Lifeline WA. The enablement it has had to all employees to allow them to get on with their roles and concentrate on the services they deliver is important to us - reducing the amount of paper, processes and procedures that we have around the office. Any automation that's been put in has been key to achieving that," says Gavin Douglas, Chief Finance Officer at Lifeline WA.
