One of Australia’s fastest growing capital cities, Brisbane has a confirmed $19 billion investment pipeline of city-transforming projects underway. Confirmed to host the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games, Brisbane is the place to be.

The spectacular Neville Bonner pedestrian bridge opening later in 2023, will connect the new Queen’s Wharf development (due for completion in mid-2024) with the South Bank Parklands and Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre (BCEC), creating even more accommodation and dining options for delegates.
The Brisbane Metro Project, a major public transport initiative also coming online later this year, will establish a high-frequency, electric bus system to enhance transportation capacity and reduce emissions. The Metro delivers dedicated busways, modern stations, and advanced technologies to ensure a more sustainable and convenient travel option for residents and visitors alike.
With burgeoning industries in critical minerals, renewable energy, agritech and medtech and home to four major universities and leading research institutes, the city has a reputation for innovation, research excellence, and creating legacies for future generations.
