Committees Presentation
Committees assist Boards with specific projects or functions. Associations Forum's Effective Committees Presentation will assist committee members understand their role and responsibilities and provide practical tips to assist committees in achieving their aims.
The 90-minute presentation will cover the context of committees within an association, the role of the chair, decision making and managing conflicts.
For members, this presentation is included for free as one of our Gold Member Benefits (exclusive of any travel costs).
Our Presentations and Training can also be delivered to non-members for a fee.
