RMIA announces new CEO

Risk Management Institution of Australasia (RMIA), the leading professional institution and industry association for Risk Managers in the Asia Pacific region, has appointed Simon Levy to become its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective immediately.

Mr Levy is a widely-respected, highly-successful leader with 25 years risk management and executive experience gained whilst working for globally recognised brands both in Australasia and the UK.

In addition to his well-honed technical skills, Mr Levy brings grass roots knowledge of the RMIA having served at Chapter level before joining the board as a RMIA Director. He is a passionate and committed success-oriented professional.

With Simon’s leadership, RMIA Board Directors are excited for what the future holds. They are confident Simon will maintain and develop our keen focus on the needs of RMIA members and the development of the risk management profession.

Mr Levy will replace Jason Smith, who has been Interim CEO.
