Australian Shareholders' Association appoints Chief Executive

The Australian Shareholders’ Association has announced the appointment of Ms Judith Fox as Chief Executive Officer effective 27 February 2017.

Ms Fox is currently National Director, Policy & Advocacy, Governance Institute of Australia and has worked for the Institute for 14 years.

Ms Fox brings a depth of experience to the ASA as she has represented the Governance Institute on the ASX Corporate Governance Council since 2005 and is also a member of Standards Australia’s Risk Management and Governance Committees. She is well known and highly respected, with significant experience and expertise in governance, advocacy and strategy.

Chairman, Diana D’Ambra said Ms Fox brings a range of strengths to ASA drawn from her publishing and public policy background in both the not-for-profit and commercial sectors.
