The Australian Shareholders’ Association has announced the appointment of Ms Judith Fox as Chief Executive Officer effective 27 February 2017.

Ms Fox is currently National Director, Policy & Advocacy, Governance Institute of Australia and has worked for the Institute for 14 years.

Ms Fox brings a depth of experience to the ASA as she has represented the Governance Institute on the ASX Corporate Governance Council since 2005 and is also a member of Standards Australia’s Risk Management and Governance Committees. She is well known and highly respected, with significant experience and expertise in governance, advocacy and strategy.
