Perth Convention Bureau - Inspire Association Award 2016 $5000 Travel Grant

Perth Convention Bureau (PCB) is responsible for marketing Perth and Western Australia both nationally and internationally as a destination for not-for-profit organisation conferences.

Conferences staged in Western Australia raise the profile of the national organisation, engage new association members, disseminate knowledge locally and attract investment and tourism.

The Inspire Association Award is a $5,000 travel grant designed to assist in the professional development of Association Event Managers through funding attendance at an international conference in their chosen field of endeavour. Award funding covers travel, accommodation and registration expenses to the maximum value of the grant.

To be eligible to win the Inspire Association Award, simply research an international conference affiliated with your association that has the potential to be staged in Western Australia. Present a brief case as to why the conference could be held here, and the benefits it will bring to your organisation and the State.
