Industrial Foundation for Accident Prevention CEO Resigns

The Industrial Foundation for Accident Prevention (IFAP) announces its CEO, Martin Ralph, has resigned after 15 years leading a 54-year-old health and safety organisation. His resignation is effective immediately.

While the search for a new CEO is undertaken, the Board has decided that IFAP President, Richard Mehan will step into the role, supported by a strong executive management team.

Mr Mehan said “Martin has made a huge contribution to IFAP over two decades, with majority of this time as the CEO. He is a well-respected leader in the occupational health and safety industry in both Australia and internationally.”

“Martin is departing having reached the decision that a change in leadership is both good for him and for the business.”
