Fitness Australia launches a new interactive eJournal

Fitness Australia, the national health and fitness industry association launched the eJournal Powered by Fitness Australia. Purely digital and interactive, it is the first of its kind to hit the fitness industry.

Based on empirical evidence, Powered is positioned to be the most authoritative voice in the health and fitness arena. Featuring expert-reviewed articles and evidence-based information, the eJournal is a credible and highly relevant resource for exercise professionals and businesses alike.

In line with Fitness Australia’s vision for a fitter, healthier Australia, the eJournal sets a benchmark for best practice in a multi-billion dollar industry. Intentionally designed for an industry on the move, Powered can be accessed and downloaded via desktop, mobile devices and through a custom-built Facebook app. "Making practical and credible information accessible to the health and fitness industry is very important to Fitness Australia. The interactive eJournal is a great way for the industry to share evidence-based information with colleagues anywhere, anytime," says Wendy McWilliam, Manager; Marketing & Engagement, Fitness Australia.

The eJournal is the first in a series of digital offerings from Fitness Australia, with a new website and weekly segmented newsletters launching in May. The eJournal is a key element in an overall strategy to deliver the latest news and industry developments to members anywhere, anytime. Fitness Australia prides itself on offering valuable and relevant resources to their members that assist them to deliver quality service to clients and improve the health of the nation.
