ABOUT THE PRESENTERS

Thai Phan, Growth Manager, Clade Solutions 

Thai is Clade Solutions' Growth Manager - a role that consists of Marketing, Events, People & Culture but most importantly, he is tasked with aligning businesses with the right consultant and solution that will help their business grow.

Thai comes to Clade with over 10 years of experience working in the events industry, where his passion and energy helped him leverage the events platform to bring thousands of people together from all around the world. During his time, Thai organised events for a plethora of industries including Education, Technology, Government, Retail, Payments and Construction.

In addition to his full-time responsibilities at Clade, Thai co-founded the Data Science and AI Association of Australia (DSAI) which currently boasts a member base of 5,000 of which 60% are millennial's. Thai will continue to use his extensive experience and learnings from DSAI to deliver ongoing enhancements to CAMS in an effort to ensure Clade is always ahead of the AMS market. 

Overall, Thai’s passion truly lies in sharing knowledge with others and assisting organisations grow through technology, values that resonate strongly with the rest of the team at Clade Solutions.

Shanice Ma, Consultant, Clade Solutions 

Shanice is a Microsoft Certified Professional and is a qualified Dynamics 365 implementation consultant, specialising in digital transformation and automation. She has domain expertise in delivering successful engagements involving the design, configuration and customisation of Dynamics 365 Business Applications, including Sales and Marketing.

Shanice has worked across a wide-ranging number of industries, from the financial services sector to the claims industry.

Most recently, Shanice has committed herself to the not-for-profit sector, working alongside various associations and government organisations to realise operational efficiencies as well as achieve greater levels of engagement with their members and delegates, supported by a technology stack that is robust and continually evolving to meet future organisational needs.

Above all, Shanice is passionate about helping organisations experience the power of transformative technology and is excited to share her love of technology with anyone that will listen!

Jacky Koh, Co-founder, Data Science and AI association of Australia

Jacky Koh is a renowned data scientist, winning the EY Data Science competition for Australia at 21 and becoming the President of the Data Society at UNSW. Jacky also has extensive corporate experience outside of Vylar in consulting and data science working with IAG, EY, Horizon, Caltex, etc.

Jacky is also one of the founders of the Data Science and Ai association (DSAi), his passion lies in bringing likeminded data people together and he is currently successfully doing this through DSAi. Even though DSAi is only 18 months old it currently boasts over 5000 members (60% millennials), 100 organised meet ups and a team of 30.

Jacky will be sharing his journey as well as tips on how to better engage millennial members.
