ABOUT THE PRESENTERS
Karyn Welsh, Chief Executive Officer, Chartered Institute of Transport and Logistics Australia
Karyn has worked for CILT Australia since 2016, beginning as National Manager before becoming the CEO in 2018. Over her time with CILT she has replaced the website with a community based platform, introduced Member Logbook (using the CPD Valet system), and introduced a LMS system for online learning.
Karyn has a strong team of skilled people supporting initiatives of CILT Australia and has taken the organisation into the future with the technologies used by the office and the membership.
Karyn has 22 years experience in working with the Australian Postal Corporation and spent her last six years in the Corporate Infrastructure Services Division of Australia. Post working with the Corporate Purchasing, Corporate Real Estate and Legal Services areas in the development of their Annual Strategy plans.
Nimeshe Madanayake, Product Manager, CPDValet
Nimeshe is a seasoned business analyst and product manager with over 20 years of experience. Nimeshe joined CPDValet in 2024.
As Product Manager, Nimeshe is responsible for the ongoing evolution of CPDValet to maintain its position as a disruptor to traditional offerings organisations rely on for delivering CPD. As such, his role involves working closely with customers, the engineering team and global research to inform the CPDValet product strategy. Nimeshe leads the implementation of CPDValet customer implementations.
Nimeshe has a multi-disciplinary background in consulting, planning, product development, systems integration, quality assurance and customer support. His breadth of knowledge enables him to work effectively in with both customers and the CPDValet team.
