The Role of Associations in Industrial Representation for Employees or Employers (Webinar)
This webinar is an informative dialogue for associations looking to advocate for industrial workers, and will explore the advantages and challenges of being a Registered Organisation Commission (ROC)-registered trade union. Register to gain a foundational understanding of why ROC training is vital to office holders with financial duties in your association.
ROC-registered trade unions are renowned for advocating for pay and conditions for workers and ROC-registered employer bodies are the advocacy voice of employers. This is an approved (ROC) program and covers the office holder's financial duties of registered organisations or their branches.
This webinar will consider:
• What is the role of and the advantages and challenges of being a Registered Organisation?
• Is there a role for non-ROC-registered entities to be involved in workplace conditions?
• How are ROC-registered entities similar to and different from most other associations?
Registrations: Free & Exclusive to NFP organisations.
