Join us for our exclusive SA Association Breakfast in partnership with Upnext.

In 2018, Australian Institute of Traffic Planning and Management Ltd (AITPM), a NFP organization run largely by its volunteer members, transitioned from an incorporated body to a company limited by guarantee. Two years later the Institute appointed and handed over its day-day operations to a paid CEO. Today, the Institute is a $1m business managed by the full time CEO-led administration team of 4.

This journey has been characterized by its unique challenges and valuable insights gained along the way. As someone who has served as a long-term director of this association, Andrew Leedham, Former Director, AITPM, brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the lessons learned throughout this transformative process.

Registrations: Free and exclusive to Associations Forum members and not-for-profit associations
