Dominic Cudmore, Principal Lawyer, Governology

Dominic Cudmore is a lawyer based in Sydney, having worked in the associations, charities, government and private sectors. He possesses extensive experience in the legal issues faced by associations, charities and other not-for-profit entities. Specific expertise is in the areas of Australian incorporation, charity registration, Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) and Public Benevolent Institution (PBI) endorsement, governance, disputes, transfers of incorporation status and winding-up. Dominic's work strengthens the governance effectiveness, compliance and skills base of the associations and charities sectors to ensure that they are well-prepared to meet future challenges.
