Associations Forum has delivered hundreds of educational sessions to associations. We understand how associations are different from commercial and government entities, often with a devoted membership base. From our years of experience, we understand the specific context in which associations work. As a result, we have developed these highly relevant, practical and interactive workshops.

The workshop will cover:

  • Governance and the respective roles of Boards, staff and members
  • Constitutions: what to (and what not to) include in your rules
  • Planning: the crucial need to have direction and accountability
  • Finances: getting the balance right between saving and investing

*Morning tea will be provided

Registration Price: Free (NFP Only)
