The Membership Special Interest Group (SIG) is an opportunity for Associations Forum members to share ideas, strategies and challenges with their peers in the association sector.

This SIG will look at the different membership strategies that can be implemented in associations.
To ensure the tangible benefits of membership are felt by your members, it’s imperative to use a member-centric perspective to guide your association’s activities.
How well do you know your members? Do you ask for feedback, collect and use data, or give them options based on their preferences?
What role do members play in shaping your membership offerings, programs and services?
How do you map their journey? From joining, onboarding, inspiring, supporting them through each stage of their career and engaging them through each step?
Associations Forum runs a number of Special Interest Group (SIGs) covering Communications, Events, Membership, Advocacy, Company Secretary, Finance & Human Resources.
It’s like a webinar, run via zoom – only more focused on group discussion.
Each SIG will focus on one topic and as a group, participants will discuss and compare different approaches and methods with other likeminded professionals.
