Presenter:Alexandra Larach, Events Manager, Associations Forum & Claire Bell, Membership Engagement Manager

The pandemic has caused many associations to revisit their strategies for engaging with their members. In some cases, the crisis has actually caused an improvement in their engagement leading to more contact with their members than before. This 1-hour online discussion will address the following points:

  • engagement throughout the year - not just at renewal or conference registration time
  • engagement methods for your members - telephone, zoom and even face-to-face
  • the need for a good database as the foundation for engagement

Registrations are free for not-for-profit organisations.
