Introduction To Credentialing Workshop (online)
Core to good practice or good services are robust standards supported by a comprehensive body of knowledge and /or practical experience. These are what differentiate a professional, practitioner or business from just any job or service. Associations play a core role in implementing and upholding these standards, and Credentialing is one of the ways in which this can be done.
This two hour Introduction to Credentialing provides an overview of the key aspects of Credentialing from why you might consider offering a Credential to your membership, to managing the additional risk this can create for your organisation. Covering each aspect of the Credentialing process this workshop uses applied examples to quickly take you through setting standards and creating a code of conduct, to protecting your trademark. By the end of this workshop you will understand at a high level the various aspects involved in credentialing and whether this is something your organisation might wish to take on.
