Joins us for our exclusive NSW CEO Breakfast.

Associations are struggling with relevance, reach and profitability. Those that survive and thrive have embraced principles of good governance. Successful CEOs respect the demarcation with the chair and the board, but are willing to constructively intervene where a board seems to lose its way. Understanding strategic leadership and corporate governance roles is key.

Increasingly compliance is becoming more complex with data fraud, cyber threats, workforce regulation, social media and fake news, privacy and data protection laws, and regulation affecting interaction with suppliers and members. In addition, the ASX is about to issue a new edition of Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations which will highlight corporate values and culture, anti-bribery and other anti-corruption policies.

In this CEO breakfast led by Jonathan Casson enjoy a robust discussion with your peers on just what excites and challenges CEOs in the association sector in 2019.

Breakfast will be provided.

Registrations: Free & Exclusive to CEOs and Board Chairs of Associations Forum member organisations

If you register for this event you will be placed on a waiting list, if a space does become available you will be notified.
