Company Secretary Workshop - Effective Meetings (Online)
Effective Meetings lead to effective decisions. Howsoever capable a Board may be, its success in making the right decisions depend upon the quality of agenda being put up, the necessary discussions undertaken to arrive at the decision and the timely implementation of such decision. The Company Secretary plays an important role in assisting the Board in achieving this goal. The upcoming Company Secretary workshop will give an opportunity to the Company Secretaries to equip themselves to be more effective in their role in organising Effective Meetings.
Please note the time of the online presentation is based on Sydney, NSW time (AEST).
