Communications Special Interest Group (Online)
The Communications Special Interest Group (SIG) is an opportunity for Associations Forum members to share ideas, strategies and challenges with their peers in the association sector.
This SIG will look at the different communication strategies your association can implement to stay relevant.
*This Special Interest Group is a member exclusive event. If you are not a member, join now.*
Social media has become central point of contact, a means for content sharing and marketing platform for associations. Join us to discuss the social media platforms being used and their relevance for associations. Discussion points include:
• The types of social media used and their purpose for the association
• Special interest groups and member exclusivity
• Analytics from such programs assist in association growth and knowledge
This SIG will be facilitated by Claire Hewat, Associations Advisor, Associations Forum.
Please note the time of the SIG is based on Sydney, NSW time (AEST).
ABOUT SIGs
Associations Forum runs a number of Special Interest Group (SIGs) covering Communications, Events, Membership and Finances.
It’s like a webinar, run via zoom – only more focused on group discussion.
Each SIG will focus on one topic and as a group, participants will discuss and compare different approaches and methods with other likeminded professionals.
We find our members benefit from the sharing of knowledge and our SIGs provide the ideal platform for this.
SIGs are free for all members of Associations Forum.
