Following the success of the inaugural CEO Retreat in NSW, Associations Forum is pleased to bring this exclusive event to Geelong, Victoria.

Set in picturesque Geelong, Victoria, the retreat is a unique opportunity for CEOs to interact with industry colleagues in a collegiate environment, share knowledge, case studies and learn from experience. This highly interactive style meeting including discussions with CEOs, EOs, EDs, and GMs from professional associations, industry groups, special cause groups and charities will focus on purposeful strategic planning and its role in the success of an association, as well as the best way leaders can challenge assumptions, focus on innovation and successful implementation of a strategic plan.

The program includes sessions on governance, staff management, CEO and Board relations, membership and member services, communications, finances, advocacy and more in the format of facilitated group discussion rather than presentation style.
