In this session, governance advisor and board chair Alexandra El-Shamy, President of Hockey NSW, outlines a practical framework to help leaders identify where AI operates in their organisation and put proportionate oversight structures in place. Joining her, Angelina Pillai shares the implementation journey of the Association of Consulting Architects (ACA) AI Business Concierge from defining the member problem to embedding AI responsibly into ACA’s website.
