John Peacock, Director of Associations Forum and General Manager of NFP Analysts, has wide experience at a senior level in a variety of not-for-profit entities. Prior to the establishment of NFP Analysts Pty Ltd, John Peacock was:

John has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of NSW and is a Fellow of the Australian Society of Association Executives.

John has extensive experience and knowledge of the Not-for-Profit Sector, including:
Developing organisation's vision, mission and goals, then translating these objectives into achievable action plans

Assessing the performance of organisations compared to its peers
Advising organisations on the advantages and disadvantages of single entity structures compared with federations
Increasing profitability through review of products, services and pricing
Examining operations and suggesting increased efficiencies
Mentoring key elected representatives and staff members to attaining set objectives
Veronica Pham
Manager
Veronica Pham started at Associations Forum in 2005 where she was responsible for membership development and assisting in the delivery of all member services. She was promoted to Assistant Manager in 2007 and then Manager (as of 2010). Veronica holds a Bachelor of Management in Tourism from the University of Technology Sydney.
Alex Petersen
Membership Manager
Alex started at Associations Forum in early 2007 after previously working in market research. Alex started as a Member Services Officer - primarily looking after the Member Meetings and special interest groups (SIGS). She was also the editor of Associations Forum News and co-ordinated the benchmarking projects.
In 2010 Alex was promoted to Membership Manager and now looks after the membership of Assocations Forum while also overseeing the role of Member Services Officer.
Alex holds a double degree in Business Administration and Arts (Psychology).
Hannah Lewis
Communications Officer
Hannah joined Associations Forum in May 2011. She is the editor of Associations journal and produces the monthly e-newsletter. Aside from this, she also coordinates all free member events including Member Meetings, Special Interest Groups and CEO Luncheons.
She is interested in using Not-For-Profit communications to improve member services.
Hannah graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2010 with a Bachelor of Communication majoring in Journalism.
Jessica Cleary
Events & Membership Officer
Prior to joining Associations Forum, Jessica has worked for an International Aid and Development Organisation in a learning and development role.
